Our Staff

 

The Staff at Health Matters, Inc. Each team member at Health Matters is carefully selected, screened and continually trained. We are very proud of our team, most of which have many years of service with Health Matters. Screening includes, but is not limited to,

  • three reference checks,
  • prior work history,
  • criminal history background check,
  • health screening and certification
  • and/or licensure verification.

All team members are CPR certified, trained in home safety, nutritional diet, home making, domestic violence, infection control and many other areas pertaining to home care. Training continues annually. We also bring in various speakers from a variety of health backgrounds to educate our team members on current health care issues. All certified and licensed team members are current, and required to remain current, with their CEU,s (continuing education units).
