Ruth has over 31 years experience in nursing, with extensive clinical practice in emergency, critical care, medical and surgical nursing. She is a motivating leader and her attention to detail shows in all she undertakes.

Deborah has 12 years experience as Vice President of Health Matters, Inc. directing and coordinating activities of operations. She also aids the administrator in formulating and administering organization policies, personally or through a subordinate manager, and reviews activities, costs, and operations to insure progress toward goals and objectives.
Deborah's objective is to provide quality services to clients along with continuous improvement to Health Matters, Inc., thereby allowing opportunities for growth and development.
